Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While most grocery and perishable items are non-returnable, we do accept returns in certain cases. Please review the details below.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Groceries and perishable products cannot be returned.

  • Refunds for groceries may be issued on a case-by-case basis if items are defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect. Customers must email us with:

    • A clear product picture

    • A written complaint

Return Window
You have 10 days from delivery to request a return for eligible non-perishable items.

Return Process

  • In most cases, we will issue a refund without requiring a return.

  • If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days after approval.

  • Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order once your refund is processed.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
